What Do I Do Now?

  • Are you able to work with my insurance company?
    Absolutely! Here at Myers Collision we work with all insurance companies. We can help explain your insurance company's claims and submission process. Provide us your insurance information, and we will be happy to assist!
  • Now that I know you work with all insurance companies, how do I get my vehicle to you?
    If your vehicle is drivable, it could be as simple as driving it to our lot. We provide an overnight key drop if you are leaving your vehicle outside of regular business hours. If your vehicle is unable to be driven, Myers Collision can assist with arranging a tow.
  • How do I get to work the next day?
    Once you have discussed rental coverage with your insurance or the responsible party, we have a great relationship with local rental car companies and work closely with Enterprise Rent a Car.
  • How long will the repairs take?
    The length of time you will be without your vehicle while it is being repaired varies. There are several factors that come into play when trying to determine that information. The insurance company involved, the availability of the parts, and the size of the job. With the Myers Collision Experience you will always be in the know. IF there are any delays we will let you know as soon as possible.
  • It's time to pick up my vehicle, what do I do?
    Any insurance deductible will be due at the time of pick-up. Credit cards will be accepted for all insurance deductibles. If the insurance company has sent any payments for repairs, you must bring a check or cash for those payments at the time of pick-up. Here at Myers Collision Center we pride ourselves on a No Surprise Pick-up. Both your repair date and any costs to you will be clearly communicated in advance.
